Safety First

Pool Rules

General Rules

Shower and use the restroom before entering the pool.
Proper swimwear required (no denim or jean shorts).
Swim diapers required for anyone not toilet trained.
Food and drinks are not permitted on the deck (water only). Use picnic areas for meals.
Only U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets are permitted.
Children who require life jackets must remain within arm’s reach of a parent/guardian at all times.
Children 6 years and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult within arm’s reach.
No running, rough play, pushing, dunking, or horseplay.
No extended breath-holding activities.
No swimming in the diving board or slide areas while those features are in use.
No snorkels or fins during open swim or rentals.
No glass, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products.
Profanity will not be tolerated. Pets not allowed (service animals permitted).
Keep gates and doors closed; do not prop them open.
Individuals with contagious illnesses, infections, open wounds, or recent gastrointestinal illness (past two weeks) may not enter.
Patrons must act responsibly and use all features safely.

Basketball Hoop

Follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
All players must be in the water; no play from the deck.
No dunking or hanging on the rim or net.
Keep horseplay to a minimum.

Diving Board

One person on the board at a time (max 250 lbs).
Wait until the previous diver reaches the wall before diving.
Dive straight off the end; no side dives or double bounces.
No handstands or sitting dives. No flotation devices or goggles.
No running, flips, or back dives. Exit via the ladder immediately.
Not for pregnant individuals or those with heart/back conditions. Non-swimmers not permitted.
Lifeguards may restrict use based on ability. No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Slide

Only one person on the ladder or slide at a time (max 250 lbs).
Hold the handrail when climbing.
Slide feet-first in a seated, upright position—no head-first sliding.
No flotation devices or goggles on the slide.
Exit the pool immediately after sliding. No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
